We made this Cypress Batten Shutter to be used at a customers camp. The project measured 35 1/2 “ wide x 39 ½” tall. We glued up a panel 44” x 38 ½” allowing us to machine the project as 1 piece. The mortise & tenon joints coupled with waterproof glue creates a very stable median that will endure all types of weather conditions.
The file was done in our Cad program and sent to our CNC router for machining
Cypress is resistant to decay from water & impervious to insects…this finished Cypress Shutter will last for many years to come.
