This is an interesting and unusual project we recently completed. A local casino has requested we make 160 dice to be used as tee markers on their golf course.

Material: We used cypress for this project. We began with a 6” X 6” x 96” post and milled to an exact 4” x 4” square. We layed out the pip locations in our EnRoute software program and sent the file to our MultiCam 5000 for machining.

Machining: We used a ¾” core box bit for machining the pip locations and a 60 degree conic bit to mark the cut locations for the individual die.

The finished die will have a hole bored in one corner to accept an all thread rod for mounting on the tee boxes.
