We occasionally get unusual request from our customers…slats or backs for chairs, moldings for historic homes, wood handles for 100 year old desk. Generally speaking a customer will bring in a component for replication or a picture of what they need us to make.

This project involved an instrument panel from a boat that was being restored. We took measurements for the gauge locations and did the layout in our Cad program.

The panel was cut out of ½” Baltic Birch plywood and machined on our MultiCam router using a ¼” straight 2 flute carbide bit.
