Glenn & Jo Daigle, owners and operators of Rabideaux’s Sausage Kitchen, annually sponsor a December trail ride and auction benefiting St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
One of Glenn’s fundraisers for this year’s event will be an Alligator Saddle provided by Mr. Benny Welsh (owner of Cajun Bens’ Alligator Products). Greg O’Neal, a local master finish carpenter, has designed a saddle rack for the above mentioned saddle…Greg has requested we apply an alligator texture to his design.
The approximately value of the saddle and rack is $6000.Raffle tickets can be purchased for $2 each at Rabideaux’s Sausage Kitchen in Iowa, La.
