This is a follow up to the “Entrance Door Project”.
The customer requested glass sidelites with an etched fleur de leis. We decided on a slightly different approach for privacy. We applied a sandblast mask where the fleur de leis were located and proceeded to blast the surrounding area. This left the glass clear in the area of the fleur de leis only and an opaque quality to the remaining area.
